5. The banner ads posted in numbersouq.com shall be based on the bidding for each banner ad column. If any user quotes higher amount for an ad column in which there is an existing ad, that numbersouq.com reserves the right to remove that ad and replace with new Ad. The users posting banner ads shall be charged based on Cost per impression bid by them for the columns and based on the total impressions until the ad has been removed. However, the charge shall not exceed the budget amount set by the user posting banner ads.
